Eating Clean is Not Enough Anymore

We do our best with what we know and when we know better, we do better, we change and we grow.
Some people now go without the bun, or wrap their burger in lettuce🥬...we change. Some gave up Jif or Skippy and went to organic, oil on top, just peanuts and salt peanut butter. Some now use zucchini or spaghetti squash as noodles instead of pasta..I even use black bean pasta

Back then, they didn’t need to rely as much on nutritional supplementation. Well, times have changed, but our bodies still require specific nutrients 🌱 in order to thrive.
It’s not about drinking shakes instead of eating food. It’s about cellular nourishment, education and understanding that times have changed and we must change, too!
